The firm’s activity is aimed at those involved in a company crisis, in order to promptly address situations of both financial tension and full-blown crisis.
The Firm has developed experience in assisting in operations that have required a fundamental integration of legal, business and financial skills, as in the case of drafting and certifying plans prepared pursuant to Articles 67 and 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law.
